Weekly Photo Challenge: Illumination

WMIlluminationIsn’t the word Illumination sometimes used in conjunction with saints?  Maybe this horse with a halo is a patron saint- sent to ferry us above the fray to a better place.

She probably isn’t a saint at all, but if it feels that way, that’s good enough.

Anna Blake, Infinity Farm.

WordPress Photo Challenge is a weekly prompt to share a photo- I enjoy twisting these macro prompts to share our micro life here on the Colorado prairie. My photos are taken with my phone. No psych, definitely not high-tech.

Good morning, Anna! And a frigid one it is! Is the horse in the photo Serphine (formerly Smudge)?? I think of her often……and am glad she landed with your barn and barn family. ~Deb

    • Good morning back, Deb. This is my young mare, but Saphir is doing great, looking like a wooly mammoth this winter, and we are still lucky to have her. Good wishes back from our cold barn to yours.
